Mike was really helpful and accommodating when I needed to add an extra night. The space is pretty big and the bed was super comfortable. Will stay again in the future.

This place was so warm and cozy - it felt like my second home. The moment you enter the house itself, there’s a code set up for you so you feel safe and secure in the neighborhood. The unit I stayed in was upstairs and the decor/furniture were new, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. You can tell Anna spent time on all the details and functionality. Everything worked great, everything I needed was there, and I didn’t encounter any problem whatsoever. I will miss this place so much! Anna was a splendid host who communicated clearly, especially when I needed further instructions. She was accommodating and flexible at working with me to extend my stay since I was in the middle of finalizing my move to a new apartment in the Tacoma area. I’ll never forget my stay here. I highly recommend this place if you need a long retreat or an extended stay and have access to lots of restaurants and lots of things to see/do!

Overall, the location, and service was amazing. Communication was quick and thorough. I'd only mention that we found that the "free street parking" is not really an option and travelers should be sure to add the $9/day garage parking space. Thanks for hosting!

My partner and I visit Tacoma regularly to see her family. This is our first time staying with Kathryn, but we both hope it’s not the last. Her place was in a great location, it was beautifully appointed, clean, spacious, private, and felt just like home. Kathryn herself was easily to communicate with, helpful with instructions, and very accommodating. My partner and I were planning a return trip before we even left. 10/10 would recommend.
