Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Tucson

Jacob’s Tucson condo is peaceful & quiet along with very warm and comfortable. It was exactly as stated on the listing. It is located in a great area and easy to get to other areas around Tucson. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our stay at Tim and Mary’s place was wonderful. They are so nice, they made it super easy to feel right at home. Incredibly quick to respond and very helpful with any needs. Excellent conversations, too! The space is really comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. It has a bit of historic charm, both inside and out, a comfortable bed & sofa, living-room set up with large TV and nice layout. Outside, there are several little table and chair groupings that allow sunny or shady private outdoor relaxation areas surrounded by beautifully landscaped desert plants. This was our morning coffee spot, in the yard with the golden morning light backlighting the cacti and mesquite. Heaven! The neighborhood felt very safe, peaceful and there was always street parking right outside the house. I will say that it’s best to count on using a car. But it’s very centrally located, conveniently close to downtown with shops, restaurants and cultural destinations. We loved our stay! Highly recommend!

The owners have done a great job with this Airbnb. The unit, as a one bedroom, is spacious and very clean. The pictures and description are accurate. The kitchen has everything needed for a long term stay (mine was 2 months). It is in a small development, where I believe the other units are long term renters. The small development was always quiet. The overall neighborhood is quiet. The mid-town location is excellent. It is a residential neighborhood, so a car is necessary as there is not a lot of nearby amenities. If you bring a bike, it is well located for riding many places. Hopefully, on my next trip to Tucson, Monte Vista Serenity will be available as I would happily book again.

I had a great stay at Aurora's Airbnb! Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the space was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night—it made for restful sleep. A big plus was having a washer and dryer available, which added to the convenience. The location was perfect and close to where I needed to be for my business meetings. The towels were super soft, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. My only suggestion would be adding a bath mat for the bathtub for comfort and safety. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 4 night stay. The location was easy to find and also close proximity to things on the eastern/north eastern side of Tucson! Their home was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor patio was beautiful.

Kali’s place was a great place to stay for an affordable solo trip to Tucson. I was initially nervous about the outdoor shower being the end of February but the air temps were in the mid 40’s at night and it wasn’t too bad at all. It adds to the uniqueness of the experience and gives it a rustic feel. She also had great recommendations for places to eat, check out Tumerico if you can, they have the best tacos!

Highly recommended! The place is pleasant and comfortable. Karla was incredibly kind. Without a doubt, it's one of the best places we've ever stayed.

I had a great two-night stay at Peter’s casita in Tucson, AZ. The space was extremely clean, private, and well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Peter was a friendly and responsive host — communication was clear and quick the entire time. One of the highlights was the yard space, which was perfect for my dog. It had great shade and felt secure and peaceful, making it ideal for pet owners. The location offered nice privacy as well, which made the stay even more relaxing. I’d absolutely recommend this casita to anyone visiting the area — especially if you’re traveling with a dog!

This quaint home exceeded our expectations, providing a wonderful experience for my family. Its strategic location, within close proximity to numerous exceptional dining options, was a major bonus. The cozy, clean, and comfortable accommodations made for a truly enjoyable stay, earning it a spot as our favorite destination thus far.

So glad we chose this Airbnb for our daughter's graduation. LOVE the location- very walkable to several fabulous restaurants and coffee shops- Coronet, 5 Points Market, Rosebud bakery and Exo Coffee Roasters to name a few. The Airbnb itself is lovely. Very well furnished and the bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and Darryl is kind enough to leave a few extra treats and drinks. Even the bath products are premium. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Beautiful stay downtown with a historic house to enjoy! We absolutely loved the front yard, grass for our doggy to tan, rocking chairs to enjoy coffee and drinks!

We were in town for graduation. Callista was very responsive and allowed us to check-in early. We were a 5 minute uber to everything. The house was excellent and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio!

This is a perfectly located newly remodeled bungalow south of downtown Tucson in the barrio. It's perfect for two people. Extremely well outfitted kitchen with range, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. Best we've ever seen. Nice size bathroom, full set of towels, no complaints. Decor matches the pictures. The area is safe and quiet. Multiple breweries/restaurants within walking distance. We used Rocio's place as a base for our house hunting expedition and it really was exactly what we needed. Will likely be back.

We stayed in the condo over the U of A (Bear Down!) graduation weekend and had perfect weather! The condo is a comfortable and peaceful retreat from all the celebrating. We spent mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping wine on the balcony. The elementary school very close, but kids playing outdoors, and having fun is a welcome sound for grandparents. The kitchen is well equipped, but with so many nice restaurants so close, we didn't cook. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. We to hope to be back!

My wife and I really loved staying at Gilbert's place. The attention to detail was incredible and we really enjoyed all the small things Gilbert does to make you feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Having to squeegee the shower door after every use was a little tiring, especially while on vacation, but otherwise it was an incredible stay!

If you’re visiting Tucson, this place is perfect! Great location, convenient to everything. Quiet, safe, and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Good communication with Michelle. 10/10

Spacious one-bedroom condo, well located, quiet, impeccably clean with stylish Arizona decor! We loved being so close to the La Encantada shopping area and the place had everything needed for a weeklong stay—stocked with all the essentials and felt right at home as soon as we walked in. If you’re debating between places in this complex, do yourself a favor and STOP and just book this place already! This one is better than the photos if you can believe it. ;) The Cliffrose Catalina was resort quality and Capella and Nate were excellent communicators and hosts who took the time to give us recommendations for a perfect stay — thank you for everything!

Good location, good communication, well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, we were able to walk around the area, and it's a nice neighborhood with green areas. I recommend it!

I would recommend this place. It was very well taken care of had lots of amenities inside the home. Especially in the kitchen. it was comfortable, the area was quiet. Very nice place!
