Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Tulsa

Great location near the ballpark and Greenwood! Bed was comfy, AC was cold and the flat was clean.

This was a really lovely place to stay! It was near so many great restaurants and things to do. Allison was very responsive! The amenities provided were thoughtful, and it was great to have a washer/dryer to clean our clothes before our trip home. It was so nice to have a such an adorable porch to have our morning coffee. I highly recommend this AirBnB, and we would be delighted to stay there again on our next trip to Tulsa! Thank you for a wonderful place!

We needed a place for the week for a National Speech and Debate tournament at ORU. We literally needed a place to sleep and shower because the schedule is packed. This little gem was perfect. It is so quaint and put together. It had everything our family of four needed. It's been remodeled so everything felt homey. They had little extras in the pantry in case you forget anything like toothpaste. There's laundry in the basement and we definitely needed it! The kitchen was just what we needed, including a coffee/tea station. The only drawback was one of the beds in the 2 bed room was kind of sloped because of the floor. But, it was easily fixed by placing a book under the 2 legs . It's an older house so there's a little sloping throughout BUT the hardwood floors are amazing. I'm super happy those were saved during the upgrades! Such a gem! Getting to the neighborhood is a little weird at first but just Google map it and you'll get there.

Great stay at Chelsea's place. Everything was clean, the wifi was fast, and it was in a good location. Thanks again Chelsea!
