Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also plenty for children - playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy - but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

Very nice landlord, great service and small cozy accommodation, we found each other very well and you have everything you need. Very quiet location, perfect for relaxing and everything to reach quickly by car. We will be back for sure:)

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Beautiful home decor, beautiful location, great jacuzzi, very comfortable bed. Contact with Marco was very quick and pleasant, a great host. I will remember with laughter the visit of the marten in the apartment, which visited us when we were in the jacuzzi and broke a glass! Wonderful creature! My dog also loved this place :) we will come back!

Bruna's place is right in the old town of Vrbnik. Despite the great heat, we were able to have the stone house well air-conditioned. With two ways to sit outside and everything you need in the kitchen, we were well taken care of. Supermarket, bakery & many cafes & bars nearby! There are numerous steps into and inside the house! Bruno always responded quickly and helpful! We really enjoyed our holiday! Thanks!

A wonderful place to relax with family or friends. The house is unique and furnished with great attention to detail. It is extremely clean and the two kitchens (indoor and outdoor) are equipped with all amenities! The garden is beautiful and well maintained and the outdoor kitchen incl. stone oven and very large dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. From the pool, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings, mountains, plants and the sea. We felt very comfortable! :)

This studio was a great place to get a break from winter. We received a warm welcome at check in. Thoughtfully decorated. Beautiful views over the sea and cool sea temperature. Close to town but calm area. Close day trip distance to all the neighbouring countries. The cleaners had missed some places. It got quite humid inside as there’s no bathroom fan.

Wonderful stay! Flat is quite small, but well equpiped and biggest advantage is little terrace with a beautiful view. The yard and surroundings are nicely maintained and the hosts add a special charm :)

We had a vacation holiday with our family of 4 and the house is super comfortable. Everything is super clean and everything works. All the beds are comfortable. Maja her mother in law is always available to help or answer questions if you have but most of all she is very very friendly person. There are lot’s of things to do in the environment like we went to the island Krk which is nearby and beautiful to do some outdoor tours. We went to the Plitvica lakes which is 2 ours by car but totally worth it. Also kayaking is very nice to do up in the mountains by Mreznica river.

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

Sanjin's house is quietly located below the coastal road. From there, many destinations are within easy reach. The house is very well and lovingly furnished, from the terrace you have a fantastic view. Communication with Sanjin was quick and easy. We were greeted by many cats, some quite persistent with their demands for food, which was also available. We like cats and were happy about them. We would love to come back any time!

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in. Great private location with driveable distance to beautiful local beaches. We used this place to explore the coastal beaches from BASKA in KRK (about 1hr 20min) to MAKARSKA (around 4hrs). MARIN is a Great Person. He is very responsive and always friendly. We highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks so much

We enjoyed our first vacation as a family of four in the accommodation! The rooms were all very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everyone slept very well. The location is simply a dream (with a close sea view). He was always available to us and we always got great recommendations. Any time!

Lovely accommodation with a nice and cosy pool area. The accommodation was located high and offered a lovely panoramic view of the village, the sea and the mainland. Walking distance to several beaches and also to the small community that had (few) but nice restaurants. The host Tomislav had prepped the house with cookies, fruits, various drinks and also blown up pool toys which was appreciated by all the children. He was helpful with all of our questions during our stay.

We were a group of 9, and had a great time. Parking was no issue at all with 3 cars. The place was perfect even with this many people, very nicely decorated and had a great design, but the best thing about it was the hospitality we recived. Suzana was flexible about everything and was very, very helpful. They greeted us with kindness and a huge smile. By far the best accomodation I've ever had in croatia. Best features about the apartment: three bathrooms (very nice to have with so many guests), the outside grill/kitchen and the balconies with the beautiful view. (Every room has one). Thank you!
