Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Des vrais de ménage sont à régler lors de votre arrivée : 30 € pour les séjours de 2 nuits et 45 € pour les séjours plus longs.

A large 50 m² two-room apartment on the ground floor of our chalet. Quiet and well-equipped. Amazing views. Located 3 km up from Abondance towards Lac des Plagnes, it is the starting point for snowshoe tours. If you prefer skiing, you will have the choice between the family area of Abondance 5 minutes away and that of Chatel and its Portes du Soleil ski area 20 minutes away. Your hosts, who are fans of this discipline, will be able to inform you.

Whether you come to hit the slopes, get lost in the mountains, have a cheese cure or just do nothing and take it on, Saint Jean d'Aulps is the perfect place. In short, make yourself at home (only better). And above all… enjoy!

Discover our chalets on Les Chalets Champalp: The 250 m² Grand Millésime Chalet accommodates up to 12 people spread over 4 bedrooms with bathroom. Ski-in apartment near Prodains Express

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
