Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

The accommodation consists of a living-dining room for 6 people open to an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, an 18 m2 terrace with lounge and garden table.

Upon entering, we discover a kitchen with a bistro table and a small convertible. Going down the miller's ladder, we get to the bedroom and its small bathroom The mazot benefits from a garden with a real wood-fired Nordic bath, a dining table, barbecue and 2 sunbeds.

Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac de Tanay. In the winter, your family can also enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away.

Ski-in apartment near Prodains Express

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

This warm, south-facing, open view apartment with heated indoor pool access (summer only) is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. The apartment is very well equipped to ensure maximum comfort. The ski resorts of Abondance, La Chapelle d 'Abondance and Chatel are all within a radius of 3 to 10 km by car.
