It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). This is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 small terraces with amazing sea views and views of the old town.Located minutes away from all the main events of Korcula.Great base for your stay. Comfy,Fully equipped.Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning.This spacious apartment is suitable for one to four persons.Either a family or two couples. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Sandy Bay apartment is located 400 meters from the center of Lumbarda, and offers an accommodation unit with cooking equipment. It is only 100 meters away from the famous sandy beach Pržina.
