Please read it completely and internalize all notes. Please do NOT book in case of non-acceptance. (I don't want a point deduction because of that :P) The apartment has a color change lighting system in the living area and in the bathroom. There are also various lighting options in the bedroom and on the balcony. Of course, everything can also be kept in normal light. There is also a large walk-in rainfall shower with a seat. (However, the entrance is not suitable for very obese people (40cm))

Nice 1 ZKB, 34 sqm, living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Bed 1.80m wide, couch, which also sometimes goes for a child (no bed couch). Ideal for 1 or 2 people (plus 1 child if necessary). Storage space is enough to stay even 4 weeks, the kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer dryer. Location: Gastro: 1 min, beginning Terrassenufer 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. The apartment is located on the top floor, unfortunately we do not have an elevator yet.

Sunny apt with a great Elbe view

The cozy 1-room apartment is located on the high ground floor of a beautifully renovated, listed old building, with magnificent Elbe views in a quiet location not far from the center. The Elbradweg leads right past the house and the tram stop 9, which reaches the old town, Semperoper, etc. in 10 minutes, is right behind the house. The traditional Ballhaus Watzke guesthouse and many other restaurants and beer gardens are in the neighborhood, as well as Aldi, Rewe, DM...

Small but fine: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m2) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an MFH. Typically, there are only small windows that don't allow as much natural light. There is a kitchen corner (Kühli, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink). Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. This is our small quiet 2 room apartment in the heart of Dresden's Neustadt. The apartment is located in the back of an apartment building on the 3th floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel cot and chairs for toddlers are available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is right in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Cozy 3-room apartment close to the center but still quiet. The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. You can easily take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or you can walk to the center of town with numerous shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The next tram stop can be reached in 1 minute.
