Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Der Saurierpark Kleinwelka ist in 45 Minuten erreichbar. Der Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz und Tschechien erreichst du in 60 Minuten. Tropical Island und Polen sind in 75 Minuten zu erreichen. Das schöne Erzgebirge z.B. Seiffen, kannst du in 80 Minuten bewundern. Berlin und Prag sind nur 120 Minuten entfernt. Worauf wartest Du noch???

Kleine Wohnung in zentraler Lage der Dresdner Neustadt und voll ausgestattet. Du bekommst auf ca. 28 qm alles was Du für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dresden benötigst. Dir gehört die komplette Wohnung, somit bist Du ungestört und hast Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zu sehr vielen Restaurants, Bars und Clubs der Dresdner Neustadt gelegen. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Update 19.02.2026: Die Wohnung hat neue Matratzen bekommen.
