Monthly Rentals in Dryden

We had a lovely stay at Mayhill Farm. It is comfortable, clean, roomy, private, and serene. Not too far from Ithaca, and walkable to Dryden and a bike trail. Jacques is a friendly and attentive host. We held a small graduation party in the barn, and he went above and beyond to ensure the space was perfect for our gathering. We highly recommend this property!

Jerry's place was very easy to find, and in a great location for my business trip. The studio apartment was immaculate (excellent job by his cleaner!) and well supplied with all the conveniences and appliances needed- the photo I saw didn't show a microwave, but I was happy to find one there. The shower? Bliss. Great pressure and ultra-modern style. Other reviewers have mentioned the street noise, but I've lived in a city before and had no problem falling asleep. Two fans and an air conditioner kept the place at a comfortable temperature. For me, as a mobility-challenged person, the apartment wasn't as good a fit as hoped. The stairs to the second floor are moderately steep with a turn at the top, and the mattress is lower than usual making it difficult for me to get up from the bed. If you have physical issues that way, just be aware of this and make your own determination. Also, one tenant has a cat, and if you have an allergy to them, you'll want to know that.

We were very happy with our stay here. Personally I really appreciated the fans in each room for comfortable sleeping. I can’t sleep without a fan on so this was perfect! The beds were very comfortable, we stayed a week and I never had issues that a cheap mattress would cause during that amount of time. Very happy and appreciative of Cynthia and her lovely home.

This was a beautiful place to stay and Eshay was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with!
