Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Dugi Otok

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Sanja is a great host and the place is perfectly clean. It's a cosy place right next to the sea. My mom and I were very happy with it 😊

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place! On the first day, we were warmly greeted with an etagere full of meat, ham, cheese, fresh bread and donuts - a great gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The entire complex is very large and perfect for a stay with four people. We especially liked the opportunity to cook in one room and eat in the other, which gave us an incredibly homely feeling. For barbecue fans, there is also an outdoor barbecue, which we were happy to use. Shopping is very easy in the neighboring town of Benkovac, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition, we had plenty of opportunities to keep ourselves busy on the grounds in the afternoon, because there is a small mini golf course, a dartboard, a table football table and a refreshing pool, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Overall, we can only recommend Martin's accommodation!

Lovely home that was a great place to rest and reset. We hiked the National Park and enjoyed reading on the porch overlooking the fig and olive trees.

We had an amazing time in the house. It looks even better than on the pictures. It's very clean, has all you need to feel at home. Pool was great. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. They left some welcome soft drinks, biscuits and fruits which was a nice touch.Thank you very much Marta and Family!

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

We really enjoyed staying at Anita's. The house fully matched the description, the property is fully enclosed and is located right on the waterfront. The house was really clean on arrival and the earlier check-in worked great. The hosts were very friendly, asked at every encounter if everything was okay and responded immediately to our questions. In the immediate vicinity you will find a pebble beach which is really good for the children. Opposite the house, the ground is stony and therefore bathing shoes are recommended. We would definitely come again

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

Really enjoyed the stay, friendly helpful hosts, the area was peaceful and close to the beach. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, loved the terrace. Also the opportunity to use the bikes was amazing to easily get around. We loved the stay, definitely would come back again.

We had a short family vacation at Sukošan during the off season and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and spotless clean, communication with Vinko was quick and easy. The location is great as you can enjoy few beaches in the vicinity, as well as needed infrastructure (like supermarkets, restaurants, etc) by foot. If opportunity comes - we would gladly come back and stay in this apartment again!

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

We stayed with 2 adults, a 14 year old and two dogs at the beginning of June for a week in the wonderfully idyllically located ZirZen. The check-in was nice and uncomplicated. Nataša came and showed us everything. If we had a question, we could call them. Parking was close to the house and there is even a barbecue area. The little cottage is really in the middle of the forest. You can hear nothing but the sounds of the forest. In the immediate vicinity there are many opportunities for activities but we were always happy to be able to go back to our forest in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. The toilet took some getting used to at first but the outdoor shower was a great experience. The dogs were also totally thrilled and even made friends with a little stray cat that sat in front of our door every morning. We really recovered wonderfully. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀

The hosts were very friendly and always responsive. In the house there was very good air conditioning available and the view from the balcony as well as the common area is incredibly beautiful. With some hiking you will find very great swimming spots for swimming and snorkeling but bathing shoes are recommended. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
