A place for families as well as for those seeking peace and quiet! This friendly, sunny apartment is on the second floor of a 6-party house with garden, parking space and private south balcony. It is only 900 m from the beach/dog beach and in the immediate vicinity of the Wernerwald with its forest outdoor pool and the climbing park, the Duhner coastal heath and the national park center. So, nature is at your doorstep! Shopping facilities about 2 km, bike rental 500 m, doctor/dentist about 1.5 km.

House Jan am Strand apartment - 215

The house "Jan am Strand" is located directly in the 1st row, 200 meters from the beach, in the Döse district. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults and one child. The apartment has a living room with a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, a dining area and a TV. It also has a fully equipped modern kitchen. Towels and linens can be provided at an extra charge. Cars up to 1.48 m can be parked in the underground garage.

Cozy apartment in a lovely location

The beautiful cozy apartment is located across the street from the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in approx. 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important: it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

Apartment 224 offers a fantastic view over the sea shipping route from Cuxhaven to the Elbe estuary. From the dining area with a corner bench in the diner style, there is a great view! The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 m² apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.

This bright apartment in absolute proximity to the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living/sleeping room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. The price includes a car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.
