Unser Anwesen liegt zentral und strandnah in ruhiger Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Strand und Zentrum erreichen Sie in etwa 5 Gehminuten (ca. 700 m). Die Ferienwohnung im 1. OG des Apartmenthauses im Luv & Lee Duhnen bietet auf ca. 30 m² einen offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Die Wohnung eignet sich für bis zu 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Ein Reisebett stellen wir auf Anfrage gern bereit.

Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 600 m fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ebenso erreicht man schnell das Ritzebütteler Schloss und den dazugehörigen Park. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt und eine Bushaltestelle liegen ebenso in der Nähe. Die Strände von Cuxhaven erreicht man in 10-20 Min. mit Rad oder Auto. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.
