Die Ferienwohnung "Oberdeck" befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse mit nur wenigen Einfamilienhäusern. Der Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich mit Schlafsessel, einem Wohn-und Essraum mit offener, vollausgestatteter Küche (kein Eisfach), sowie einem kleinen Arbeitsbereich. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Bad mit Dusche und das Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 cm breiten Bett.

Cozy apartment in a lovely location

The beautiful cozy apartment is located across the street from the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in approx. 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important: it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

Wasserturm Cuxhaven

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. This circumstance and the loving furnishings contribute to an inimitable atmosphere. The pictures give you a first impression.

In our modern apartment, you will find your peace on approx. 35 square meters. From the loft bed, you can enjoy the view of the marina. From here, you can walk to the beach and the sights of Cuxhaven in just 5 minutes. Explore the surroundings by bike. You can store it in the bicycle room with a charging station for e-bikes.

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer kleinen Wohnung willkommen zu heißen! Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 45qm. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (140x200). Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.
