The beautiful cozy apartment is located across the street from the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in approx. 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important: it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Supermarket, ice cream parlors, restaurants and a bakery with breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. The green beach on the North Sea with an idyllic cutter harbor and the Weser bike path are about 1 km away.

The apartment "Residenz Cux-Havenglück" is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with 4 residential units. The spacious living and dining area as well as the fully equipped fitted kitchen offer enough space for families with 2 children or up to 4 adults. The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 m² apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.

In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. The price includes a car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.

The friendly apartment was extensively modernized in 2017 and is about 20 square meters. It has a high-quality 1.40 m bed, a new pantry kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and a private bathroom with daylight and shower. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a table and a TV. There is a private entrance and access to the large garden with seating. Bicycles brought along can be locked up.
