Cozy apartment in a lovely location

The beautiful cozy apartment is located across the street from the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald there is a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in approx. 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important: it is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Supermarket, ice cream parlors, restaurants and a bakery with breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.

An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea.
