Here is our new, single-story house of 93 m². 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 shower rooms. Lawn, courtyard for 2 cars, a garage, ideal for storing bikes. In a quiet and green area, it is located 10 min walk from the beach and 10 min from the city center of Saint-Jorioz. Bicycle path very close by! Annecy can be reached by bike in 25 minutes. Cooling ceiling and floors in the event of a heat wave. Heating on the floor. Mountain views and countryside all around!

We are going on a family trip around the world at the beginning of July, which is why we are renting out our beautiful, recently built 165 m² villa. We leave games and books in the rooms so that families feel at home. We wish you a wonderful vacation in this marvelous setting (close to Annecy, but in a quiet, peaceful, rural location): near the lake and the bike path, yet less than 5 minutes from all the nearby shops. Beautiful sunshine all day.
