The Adobe, was exactly that. An Adobe house on a working ranch, in a picturesque, and beautiful valley, that stayed consistently cool even when it was hot and breezy outside. The house was clean, and the bed very comfortable. The place had all necessary amenities, and Kelsi was quick to respond, and Abby was around, and helpful. Plan your provisioning accordingly. The closest store is 30min away in Chama, NM. It had almost everything. (Pogossa Springs, CO, is rediculously over priced.) Lots of outdoor activities all around. Fantastic night sky! A great place to stay!

Such a beautiful cabin in a beautiful place.! We had everything we needed and then some. The wrap around porch was perfect for relaxing, the kitchen was easy to cook in, and our kid loved the piano and games! Beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. We found Chama to be a delight destination for a getaway and to see the historic train. We’ll definitely be back! **Lloyd and Karlee warn about no AC, we were fine without it. The evenings and mornings were very cool (mid-June). We used fans, which there were plenty provided, in the evening to circulate the cool air. Don’t let this keep you from staying.

This is the fourth place we’ve stayed at on the mesas and it is the most stunning. Salina thought of everything from the well-stocked kitchen to the latches that hold the doors in place on a breezy morning, to the chairs in the front hall closet, and the kayaks on the side of the house. The attention to detail is impeccable. We loved every minute taking in the views from the picture windows in the living room. Even on a rainy day I could watch storms roll over the lake for hours. It is truly a spectacular place. I’ll be counting the days till we come back next year.

Quaint wooden cabin, very well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the space. Hostess was very helpful. Doesn't have wi-fi or TV, which is nice to be able to enjoy the space and nature. Does have cell coverage. It is a few miles out of Pagosa Springs and in a neighborhood with dirt/gravel roads. Overall this was a great little place, would stay here again.

Micheal was very responsive and proactive on our stay. Staying at his home in chama was such a fun time for me and my friends. The river was so peaceful and playing pool was a blast! Highly recommend staying here.
