On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In the living area, in addition to the TV, games and books are also available. In addition to the nearby highway connection, the outskirts of the house offer good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. to the neighboring wildlife park.

The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.
