Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Duluth

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in this private retreat. Let’s get the minor negative things out of the way since that’s probably why you’re reading this. The fridge water/ice maker were not hooked up, so bring your own ice. The wood for the sauna and fire pit had a bit of moisture in it still which made it difficult to get a good fire going. We did find a deer tick on one of the kids after being in the yard, but that’s going to be anywhere in the area this time of year. But really, that’s it. Now, for the reasons to rent this place… The game room was a hit with our kids (ages 4-10) and the Ping Pong tournament at the end was memorable. Watching them play old games on the arcade that I grew up with was also a treat. The entire place was spotless. The layout and interior design were out of a magazine. The fire pit was huge, yard was nice and recently mowed. Sauna was very neat! Thanks Mark and Jamie!

Scott was an amazing host. His house is so unique and he literally has everything you'd need in it for cooking, entertainment, and relaxation. The view of the lake from the house is beautiful and located within minutes of some of the best fish fry and smoked fish I've ever had. Would definitely come back again!

Great space that was off the main drag yet close enough to get to food/attractions/etc quickly. Very polite, responsive hosts!

Perfect place for my friends and my cats to spend the weekend! It’s hard to find places that’ll accept cats so I was really grateful for this find. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay!

Very nice experience. It was an unbelievablely beautiful house (photos don't do it justice). The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Cedar Cove for 5 nights with our extended family with an age range of 18 months to 80 years. This house is a perfect place for a multi generation get together. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings. There are multiple sitting areas and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view of Lake Superior is gorgeous. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen ware we could have needed. It is also stocked with many good books, puzzles and games. It is a perfect place to get away and relax.

We loved our stay at Iver’s Place! Great location for a North Shore getaway. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Where to start? Larry, this was so far and above what we expected! The house and furnishings were beautiful! We have a sleep number bed at home, but the beds were so comfortable we didn't even miss it! You have the house so well stocked with supplies it unbelievable. And the view! WOW! It's super hard to please 6 adults, but you did! We were at an assembly over the weekend and told people about how amazing your place is, and they all wanted to know where it was and how to rent it! Honestly, we didn't want to tell them because it feels like we found a shining gem and didn't want to tell!! If you'll have us again, we would LOVE to rent from you again! Great place to stay! Everything is exactly how it looked in the pictures. Everything you’ll want to get to is within a 20 minute drive! Very helpful hosts!!

This was great for our group! Having two bathrooms was a lifesaver with all of us girls needing to get ready. The location is perfect - we could easily walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. Plus, access to the pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful little place and right by the UW Superior Campus. Very convenient for any activity you're looking to go to on campus, all buildings within a short walking distance.

Kelly did a great job on this space and thought of everything you might need. I loved how spacious it was and the lovely country-feel while still being in the city. Kudos to your efforts. I'd definitely stay again.

The place was clean and well maintained. Louise was very helpful and prompt with communications. No complaints!

This rental has it all for any couple who wants to experience the beauty of Lake Superior and be able to walk to just about everything in Duluth. We explored the North Shore by car during the day and the city by foot in the evening. The view is so mesmerizing it's hard to close the curtains at night and miss the early sunrise, if you're lucky you can watch a ship passing through the famous lift bridge too.

Everything was great, would recommend it. Only advise would be to bring a sound machine if traveling with little kids because the noise travels from the conveniently located pool area and even though the walls of the condo
