Lovely accomodation in a peaceful and calm surrounding. The flat was equipped with everything we needed and the decor inside was amazing. I loved the book case in the bedroom. a very nice touch. Also Katharine provided a hamper which was so thoughtful. Nice balcony area to sit out on and read or play cards right on top of woodland. perfect place to get away from the mad rush of everyday life. Thank you Katharine for a wonderful stay. We would definitely return.

We had a perfect stay at the Shepherds Hut in Slindon. The Hut is welcoming, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is comprehensively stocked and Madeleine has truly thought of everything, from the wheeled carts to help with transporting luggage over the field, to the treats for breakfast. We also loved the focus on sustainable products. One of our favourite aspects of the stay was having breakfast/dinner on the decking and watching the wildlife. The ewes and lambs were a joy to watch, as were the hares, rabbits and various birds. The farm and surrounding areas are so peaceful, it is the perfect place to relax and recharge with nature. Overall, we could not recommend this little haven highly enough. Thank you Madeleine!

An absolutely stunning barn, with amazing views and fantastic walks close by. The barn is also positioned just a short walk from the Pig Hotel (for lunch or dinner) as well as being just a short drive from Arundul. Clea was super responsive and helpful in the build up to our trip and made everything so much easier. The barn itself is beautifully decorated, clean and somewhere we'd probably love to come back to!
