The hosts Michael & Toby and their dog Heidi live in a barn conversion at 50m distance and can help with anything you may require during your stay. Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Winter retreat - sauna, cold plunge pond & hot tub

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

This treehouse is hidden away in 50 acres of private woods. It sits up high in an old oak tree at the top of a bank looking over a stream. Its the perfect place to get away from it all. To cook over a real fire and sit out under dark star filled nights. You won't need to bring any camping equipment, It even has a hot outside shower! There are lots of footpaths close by for lovely walks through woods and fields. The Dragon pub is a 10 minute walk, great food and a lovely big garden.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
