Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the Dune du Pyla, the La Corniche restaurant and the beaches, our house with its charming architecture is in the heart of a beautiful landscaped garden of 1600 m2. You will be won over by its different secluded terrace corners, its atypical kiosk and its large heated swimming pool (from May to September) (10 x 5 m). Charming, authentic, bright and absolutely calm, this comfortable, warm villa has refined decor.

This unique and tranquil self-catering vineyard cabin is the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Slow down and unwind at this private and tranquil getaway. The cabin flanks the vines on one side and young olive trees on the other.
