This cottage has a stunning outlook and a quiet rural feel. It's close to local surf spots and if you are lucky with your timing you may get to see the southern lights (Aurora australis). With a well fitted-out kitchen, a composting toilet (don't worry, its nice) and a wood-fired hot tub in the garden, this wee house is private, sunny and super-popular with native birds. Down at the waters edge you'll find the Birds' Nest boatshed. Get back to basics and rediscover what having a break from it all really means.

Things are always rosy at this cosy Roslyn retreat! You'll be tickled pink when you arrive at this super stylish abode so close to Roslyn village and the fabulous amenities on offer. Our townhome is the perfect blend of location, comfort and style. A five minute almost flat walk to Roslyn village and very short drive down the hill to the city, hospitals, university, golf course and beyond. Oh, and it has all just been beautifully renovated. Things really are rosy in Roslyn!

Enjoy building rock dams in the creek, exploring local heritage or explore the Manuka Gorge tunnels on the newly established Clutha Gold Cycle Trail!

Beachaven Historic Pilot House

Beachaven is an Idyllic summer retreat just meters from the beach. This historic 1913 bungalow is secluded, relaxing and peaceful. The back gate faces the Otago/Otepoti shipping channel with a marine reserve salt marsh. Aramoana Spit is abundant with wildlife, penguins, native birds and sea lions and here is a mole for long walks. In the lounge there is an open fire and plenty of firewood to keep you warm, with wi-fi and CD's for night time entertainment.
