The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Martinvast: fully equipped studio (non-smoking)

30 m2 studio, in Martinvast, close to the village. Newly fitted, this studio located in our main residence has its independent entrance in the garage. Quiet and peaceful, ideally located close to major industrial sites in the region (DCNS, ORANO, EPR Flamanville...) and tourist sites. Fort de Vauville

The Fort of Vauville, listed as a Historic Monument, was built in the 18th century and designed by the architect of Louis XIV, Sébastien de Vauban. The only house on the beach, exposed to rain, winds and storms, the Fort de Vauville is rustic and not suitable for cozy people! This small fortress was built to protect the French coastline. Fort de Vauville was the last of the 40 then built along the Cotentin coast.
