The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.

It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.
