Stylishly furnished first floor apartment incl. Parking space can accommodate 2-4 max. people. Quiet and yet within walking distance of the historic city center with restaurants, cafes and bars. Covered terrace with view of the countryside. The lovingly furnished bedroom has a 1.80-wide bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa for 1-2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highway A 81 towards Singen and Stuttgart and the B27 are 3 minutes away.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Loft-like living in downtown Rottweil - in the former stable from the middle of the 15th century, completely fresh and high-quality renovation. The space extends over the entire depth of the narrow property from the alley (towards the black gate; 200 m away) to the medieval courtyard overlooking the Gothic cathedral tower.
