Our guest house, completed in 2020, is located in the middle of the picturesque town center of Fessenbach, an old wine village not far from the city of Offenburg, which is also often referred to as the "gateway to the Black Forest." The carefully furnished house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. From this starting point you have the choice between nature, city, culture or numerous festivities taking place throughout the year in the nearby area. And Strasbourg and Europa-Park Rust are also just around the corner.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

"La Cabane des Biquettes" HOT TUB

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

Our apartment (40 square meters) is located in our new building with a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a few relaxing days. Shopping of any kind is within walking distance. The adjacent meadows and forests invite you to take small and large walks. Bright, modern furnished apartment in a central location. The perfect base for tours to the Black Forest. Many hiking trails through the vineyards of Durbach. Offenburg with many shopping opportunities is only a 5-minute drive away and also easy to reach by public transport. Nearby is the Durbach wine cooperative and the heated outdoor pool with mini golf course. The physical well-being is also not neglected in Durbach with its numerous restaurants.

Situated directly on the edge of the forest (the main road is 3 km away), far away from everyday life and noise, you can relax with a magnificent view of the meadows and forests. In our detached vacation home, there are two separate apartments that we rent. This offer is for the apartment on the first floor.

Our 22 m² Lapland kota welcomes you to the heart of an authentic and active horse farm that has resisted the city’s expansion for 50 years! Between real countryside and Strasbourg, easily reachable by tram, enjoy a relaxing stay close to the horses, tractors, and riders, surrounded by a dynamic business district. Here, you are neither fully in the city nor fully in the countryside – and that is what makes it charming!

Waldhauser farm barrel

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
