beautiful villa we celebrated our 30 years of marriage rather than having a party we preferred to rent the villa with children and grandchildren it was a beautiful stay nothing lacks activity for any age a very beautiful place to have a wonderful time with friends or family nothing is missing for any age we will return thank you very much to Nicolas who is incredibly kind

We enjoyed our stay at Olivier's house very much. Everything was very stylish. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and the entire house was in an impeccably clean condition. The fireplace and the whirlpool were our personal highlight. Olivier was very friendly, always responded quickly and was very flexible when it came to our checkout time. The bedrooms were also cozy (we only had a little problem with the mattress in the left bedroom). It is a clear recommendation and we would certainly like to come back :)

Great stay with two families. The cottage is rustic and cozy! Pros: heated pool (nice with Belgian weather), jacuzzi and sauna. The gite is located in the middle of nature, the view from the hot tub is sumptuous. Note that there is no safety shutter at the pool so be careful to bet with small children!! It is located 10’ from Plopsa coo, ideal for the whole family! We unanimously recommend

This location is not cheap, but you get value for your money. Everything is in order inside, coffee tea, towels and bathrobes. Extra keys and a lot of attention has been paid to the interior. There is not much to do in the area, it is very quiet, that's what we came for.

A+ for the house. Definitely recommended. Everyone was very sweet and nice. The house had everything you needed. The view was beautiful. We had a romantic week. Above all, the evenings by the fire were very nice. We enjoyed the NATURE very much, hot tub, sauna and hammam were very pleasant. We will definitely visit again.

We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Hotton! As soon as we arrived, everything was perfect and easy thanks to the auto check-in accompanied by a very clear video. We particularly appreciated that the space was already heated thanks to the pellet stove and reversible air conditioning, which was very comfortable this season. Having two heating sources was really reassuring and pleasant. The cottage is as described: comfortable, very clean and carefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the warm atmosphere created by the stove, perfect for relaxing after our hikes in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we also enjoyed the many streaming options for quiet evenings. Thanks to Aurélie and Jean-François for their responsiveness. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm and comfort. We'll be happy to go back!

Wonderfully quiet cottage with 3 floors. Very tastefully decorated, everything has been thought of. With its own entrance, outdoor seating and a BBQ. Too short for 1 night!

Excellent stay in a beautiful private location in small valley on river. Super for kids of all ages, or older groups. Everyone very friendly and helpful

We spent 10 very relaxing days in the Beaverslodge. Even if there were only three of us, the size and layout of the house is well suited for 6 people. The steam shower and the heat sauna are great for turning a rainy day into a wellness day. The location of the house is particularly ideal for dog owners and hikers. You are directly in the forest and can choose between different routes. You can sit wonderfully on the terrace and watch the wildlife. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. And we slept great in the beds - despite the "back". Mikaela has always been available to us as a host.

Tony is very friendly and responds to all messages quickly. The accommodation is in a great location (close to the Spa circuit, Forestia, Malmedy...). The accommodation is impeccably clean, spacious and well-equipped (with a magnificent view!). We will definitely be back!!

This is a 5 star place. Spacious, clean, extremely well equipped. Communication with Savina was easy and proactive. She kindly let us check out a bit later when we had car trouble. We enjoyed cooking together and evenings on the sofa, the kids could play outside and we could let them roam without worry. Comfy beds and quiet nights made for good sleep. If you come with kids you have to visit bois de rêves, great playground in the area.

Very nice house for a weekend with friends. The house is close by car to the city center and activities. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.

We had a great time at Annie’s house. It is beautifully decorated and surrounded by a beautiful landscape and garden, which was open for us to explore. It was very quiet and peaceful. Overall it was very clean. You need a car because it is literally in the middle of nowhere. (Which was fine for us) The only downside was all the luggage we had to bring because towels , tea towels ans bedsheets were not included. Which I found irritating considering the price of the apartment. Anyway, it was very nice ! Thanks Annie !

The same stay that matches the listed photos. Amenities are a bit old-fashioned (as seen in the photos) but everything works properly. Only downside for us that it is located on a busy stone road (with bedroom on the street side) while this was not clear from the description. Small terrace at the back with beautiful views of the fields and orchards where you can walk perfectly. Jeroen responded very quickly to messages, is not present but gives tips when asked.

A very comfortable house with all you need for a lovely holiday. In the area is a lot to see and explore. Beautiful nature, charming towns and castles around.

Christine welcomed us to her cottage and gave us suggestions for places to visit during our stay. The cottage is larger than we expected from the photos, beautifully renovated and well appointed with lots of little touches which make it a special place to be. We felt completely at home. The garden seating area is great for shade on sunny days and cosy on overcast days. If we are back the area we will definitely stay here again.

Five stars are not enough. The house is both architecturally and interiorally beautiful and interesting. It is quiet, peaceful and private. The breakfast is really good. We accepted Sabines offer to buy local cheese and charcuterie for dinner which was a fantastic experience in itself. This was a stay we did not want to end.

Magali and Rudy's gite is a real gem! Everything is thought out in every detail so that you do not miss anything during your stay. The amenities provided are of excellent quality, which is worth highlighting because this is not always the case. Magali is a friendly hostess and very responsive to messages. We had a lovely stay and will not forget this address!

It was a very nice short trip, the beautiful apartment exceeded our expectations. The garden is absolutely amazing, the view is magnificent. Quiet, sociable and beautiful, absolutely recommended!

The accommodation is a fully furnished gazebo. Really super fun and spacious layout. Privacy was fine, nice shower and cozy terrace partially covered. Really a top location in a very nice quiet area. Access to a car is useful if you want more choice in e.g. restaurants.
