U sklopu apartmana nalazi se besplatan parking sa video nadzornom zaštitom. Ispred apartmana je terasa sa vanjskim stolom gdje je i prostor za pušenje, unutrašnjost apartmana je uređena u modernom stilu sa detaljima potrebnim za boravak.
