The home has 2 double beds and a bunk bed (7 in total) All rooms are on the ground floor. There's a 55m² quiet courtyard. The yellow kitchen has an oven, 5 induction cookers,and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. In the garage are 2 bicycles which you can use for free. Touristtax €2,15 per person per night is not included

Boerderij de Valbrug Uitgeest, near Amsterdam

Stolp de Valbrug is located between two mills, on the edge of the cozy village Uitgeest. It is a holiday home with its own entrance. Very suitable for families, couples, friends. We hope that everyone will feel comfortable in our holiday home. It is a very complete house of approximately 100 m2. Uitgeest is very central. Easily accessible via A9 and train. The cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are within half an hour's journey. The beach is 8 km away. Pets are welcome in consultation.

The accommodation built in 2020 has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living/bedroom. There is no cooking facility or outdoor space.

A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. Het Huisje, tiny house in central Bakkum

This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are several eateries. In 10 minutes by bike you can reach Castricum by the sea with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have a private entrance with a small garden and a seat. Parking is available on your own property or parking across the street. Sleeping area is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Comfortable Studio, Amsterdam 30 min, Beach 20 min

Nice selfsupporting Studio-appartment "B&B Stroom' in old Orphanage and Nurse-house in centre of Uitgeest, 25 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Alkmaar and 20 km from Haarlem. The studio is in the front of the house. We live in the main house, but we will use the backdoor. Mooi en comfortabel studio appartement B&B Stroom in oud weeshuis en Zusterhuis in het centrum van Uitgeest. De studio is aan de voorkant vh huis. Wij wonen in de rest vh huis, maar zullen de achterdeur gebruiken.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
