I had a lovely stay at the Farmhouse. The accommodation is beautiful and very comfortable and easy to find using Jennie's instructions. The surrounding area is very peaceful. Highly recommended and will be visiting again.

Lynn was a most responsive host and did everything possible to make our stay work for us. The apartment is beautiful with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a delightful balcony with ever changing gorgeous views across the estuary. All the amenities of Porthmadog town are walkable and you can watch and listen to the historic trains from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay - only wishing it could have been longer.

Wendy’s place was exactly what we needed for a nice few days relaxing and getting away from it all. A beautiful home in beautiful surroundings with everything you need.

This was the third year we have stayed here and, as previously, everything was straight-forward and worked very well. A great location for days on the beach and within easy walking distance of places to eat and the local pub. Ideal for our extended family with two young children and we will be looking to go again in the future. Host was friendly and accommodating, overall highly recommended.

An absolute favourite place to be. Mountains, estuary, seaside, walks, bike rides. Looking out over the estuary we feel like the only people there, away from the roads. Peaceful, in fact idyllic is not an exaggeration. A great place to make family memories. We had perfect blue skies and so clear at night we could see every star in the sky 😊

The cottage is very well installed, with plenty of space for ourbfamily of four adults. The kitchen is excellent, as well as the conservatory/lounge. The hot tub is hands down the top amenity: pristine clean and warm! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous, cosy cottage with stunning views of the coast and Anglesey. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Large well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and luxurious bath! The hot tub was an added bonus which the whole family enjoyed. Fantastic communication and recommendations from James. We wholeheartedly recommend and very much look forward to going back!

We had a great stay here. A lovely little lodge with everything needed to stay in and cook or bring food back. A helpful folder of recommendations was provided, and Tracey communicated with us very well. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was lovely to be able to use the hot tub while looking out onto the lake. Great location, only 5-minute drive into the town where there is shops, bars and takeaways. Nice and close to Snowdon and Zip World, which is why we were visiting. Nice personal touches, a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived, some chocolate and even some Welsh cakes which we tried for the first time. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

nice little place, we only stayed one night whilst travelling home from south Wales, very friendly host, I asked of we could check in early and she said we could check in whenever we wanted as it was ready to go.

I am very grateful for Carla's friendly and understanding attitude, we arrived after a midnight due to family emergency. Carla stayed up, checking on us, guided us to the place, we were met near the cabin and shown how to get in. A cabin was was tidy, clean, the heating was on, we found everything we need and had a good rest after a long drive. Thank you very much.

10/10 We had a 3 night stay as a couple, amazing service provided by both mark and his wife , friendly people , recommended local restaurant which myself and my partner really enjoyed , very attentive and had lots of knowledge about the site and surrounding areas , they visited everyday to ensure we were ok and to clean the hot tub, The lodge itself is pristine, great kitchen which included everything you need as well as tea , coffee, sugar, oil all great things which you can easily forget yourself! Bed was super comfortable, great size couch, smart TV, Big shower and clean bathroom, Visited an amazing local Indian restaurant recommended by mark and his wife which was a great addition, Plenty of car parking spaces , lovely neighbours. Hot tub was definitely a highlight , always very warm and clean , the lights with the hot tub is an amazing touch and looks beautiful at night. No complaints at all , 10/10 experience and will Definatly be coming back thank you - Hannah and Barny

Couldn't have picked anywhere better

Very clean, very homely, beautiful location near a lovely town with so many cosy restaurants and bars. Had a lovely relaxing time. Only downside was the lack of working WiFi. Everything else was spot on. Thank you for a lovely stay

Absolutely loved every minute of this stay. The place was perfect. Cosy, warm, fun, comfy. The land and the views are breathtaking. Had lots of land to roam the kids and the dog had endless hours of fun. The hoot was just as described. Had everything we needed and more. It was warm and cosy and the kids felt like they was on an adventure. The host is absolutely amazing very responsive and very friendly. Anything we needed or any questions we had was dealt with perfectly. Would highly recommend this stay. Perfect for families and pets. Thank you.

Sarah was great, she sent through a video to show how to find this wonderfully hidden gem of a place. Location could not have been better for us as we'd planned to use the train for trips out and the station was under 10 mins walk away. Co-op is next to station for provisions and there is a laundrette if you need to get your washing dry before heading home! The cottage was fabulous just as we expected from the listed photos. Barmouth is a great place lots of cafe's, pubs & restaurants to choose from. Parking was not a problem we just paid to leave it in the recommended car park next door for convenience - Rob was lovely. If you are reading this review go on give it a go you will not be disappointed 😉

Had a fantastic weekend away with our young family. The house was full of character and had a great layout for a family gathering. The facilities including hot tub, courtyard and use of swimming pool and play area at campsite were excellent. Lovely pub walking distance away.

Great accomodation in a quiet location close to all village facilities.

Absolutely loved this place! The surroundings are stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. The place is very spacious and modern, and I loved all the little stable-themed details. Would highly recommend and would LOVE to go back one day!

We had a great stay at this cottage, it was exactly what we needed! Very peaceful but lots of amenities nearby, and the external drying room was incredibly useful when the heavens opened. Jane also communicated really well and check in was very easy.

We loved every minute of our stay here. The cottage is ideal, great location close by to everything you need. We did a couple of walks whilst we were here and they didn’t disappoint! Great Sunday lunch at The Ship and were lucky enough to hear some fab live music outside The Torrent. Would definitely recommend this place felt really homely and was well equipped.
