Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind and NO pets and parties allowed.

About 10 miles from the White House and close to restaurants, Tysons Corner mall, and grocery stores like Giant, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s.

Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

"The Hideaway" offers Free Parking onsite and is renovated with new appliances and eclectic 1940s adventure decór. Please note, this is a private basement studio apartment in a single family home. We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.

The Casita is a free-standing cottage with a private entrance in the yard behind the main house in North Arlington with parking. It is a charming, newly renovated studio-sized space with a bathroom with shower, kitchenette and great light five minutes from D.C. by car. Supermarket, restaurants, buses, taxis, and Bikeshare are within one block. One mile from Washington Metro.
