Great location, just down the street from the beach! Branford was a short drive, great shops and restaurants.

Yu’s place was beautiful and right next to the beach! We had a wonderful stay. She was very responsive and communicative. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space! I loved the kitchen. The beach was ideal for my family’s trip! 12 mins to New Haven!

From the moment I was greeted, I was taken care of. I also received a welcoming gift upon arrival! Donna was kind, responsive and made me feel at home, and that I was comfortable.The place was spotless, clean bedding and bathroom was super clean, nice dining area to eat in the kitchen and fully stocked with any items you may need. I traveled with very little clothing but didn’t have to worry due to the convenience of a washer and dryer, which was easily accessible. This home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. This property is in New Haven, bordering North Haven. Easily accessible from the 91 or from SR15, but not near enough either road to hear traffic noise. This is a downstairs unit, and there are tenants above; you will hear some neighborly noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for a duplex, and much quieter than a hotel room. If you're familiar with the area, this home is walking distance from the large Medtronic facility and a close drive to the North Haven shopping area (Target, Cinemark). Property is well kept, and all linens and interior areas were clean. We appreciated the pet-friendly approach (minimal rugs on the floor), as well as the large (unfenced) yard for our dog. We had a few minor issues, to which the hosts were quick to respond and remedy. The kitchen has every feature or appliance you'd need for a short stay, and even included common spices, soap, paper towels, and kcups. Bathroom had ample towels for 2 people. Would be happy to stay here for future visits.

I needed a home away from home for a few days, and this fit perfectly! It was so close to the water! So close to downtown! But so homey feeling. The private backyard area and neighborhood was really nice with a sense of peacefulness and security.

We loved every minute of our longer rental at Connie and Mike’s beach facing home. They are lovely hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. If we needed them for something they were back to us immediately. We will definitely stay there again! Also, very friendly neighbors and very pet friendly area!

This was the perfect place for our stay in Milford! Each room/space was spotless, the furniture was super comfortable, and everything was stocked well. They clearly want their guests to feel at home. We appreciated how flexible and understanding the hosts were for check in and check out. Plus there were so many incredible walkable restaurants/bars nearby- and the hosts gave lots of great recs! We’ll definitely book again here next time we’re in the area!

The description was very accurate. The location was perfect. Easy walk to Wooster street & so didn’t have to worry about parking. Will definitely stay here again if visiting New Haven.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was visiting New Haven with my mother and two kids and the space was perfect for our needs. Everything was smooth from check in to check out - great communication from the host, super clear instructions, and everything was as listed. Great and safe location too!

The place was really nice and the host was great! Don’t get discouraged if the power goes out during your stay cause apparently that’ll happen 2-4 times a year according to the host. Other than that I highly recommend

Pristine and chic, every detail was well sorted out from distinctive furnishings to lightings and amenities. Comfy beds, pillows paired with perfectly posh linens. Details in each room is well balanced. You can choose to order in or eat out you won’t be disappointed! You won’t regret your stay at Oyi’s. I will definitely stay at Oyi’s elegant space again! 💕

Perfect for a short stay in east rock. Small but has everything you need.

Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

Adam’s cozy cottage was exactly what I needed! I was visiting for a work event and I needed a quiet base-of-operations to answer emails and take calls. The unit was pristine, much more space than I anticipated. Hot shower, full kitchen, comfy couch, and a big bed. When I was ready to turn down, the stillness and quiet was breathtaking. Complete darkness. Whether you need an extended office / room for a business trip like me, or if you want a quiet, isolated getaway near Sag, this is the spot. Thanks Adam!
