Holiday rentals with a patio in East Peoria

Lauren was a great hostess. The unit was very clean and many items usually forgotten about she had available so we were very pleased. The balcony was a nice extra to have available.

Our stay was cut short a day due to illness but we enjoyed the time we stayed. We were looking for something simple that was walking distance to some good restaurants and to IWU and this was perfect for that. (Lucca and Rosie’s are great spots for food!) Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Asif’s place was just as stated in the information Easy access, clean, quiet. Would recommend his place and will rebook next time coming to town

the apartments were easy to locate. the parking situation was not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The walls could use a good wash but other than that the place was clean. the kitchen had everything you need

Amanda is a great host. Communication was clear and helpful. Her place was very clean and well suited for the four of us that stayed over the weekend for my son's graduation at ISU. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's super easy to get to the campus or to grab a bite to eat. There's a little grocery store around the corner that i describe as a mini wholefoods market. We all enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend Amanda's place as an alternative to staying in a noisy crowded hotel.

We stayed here for one night and wish we would’ve booked longer! Joseph was very accommodating, answered so quickly, and the place was phenomenal! The cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, & The beds were SO comfortable! It felt just like home. A bonus was the shampoo & conditioner & body wash, and the cute bags he leaves with personal care items! 10/10 would recommend! Definitely coming back! ♥️

I absolutely cannot put into words how perfect Erin’s place is. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. I came to town for work and did not want to leave. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area during my downtime. If it is available for your dates, BOOK IT! Erin is amazing; she truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a great experience. Her communication is superb—prompt, clear, and friendly. She provided excellent local recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Erin's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. You won’t regret it!

Super cute place! Everything was extremely clean and looked to be newly remodeled. Even though there are multiple units in the building, it was very quiet in the building in a quiet neighborhood.

Our family loved the country air and great fishing! We had some rain during our visit and got to enjoy the large covered deck until it passed. We hope to return again soon!

We relocated to the area and Hannah and Grant’s was the perfect place for a new beginning. The house was so cozy and had everything we could ever think of needing plus more! The house had gorgeous natural light and beautiful decor. The neighborhood was amazing. Very peaceful and lots of friendly people. The baseball field across the street was fun to people watch and it was great having a playground across the street. There was also another playground a 10 minute walk up the street that my kids loved. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. We’ll miss it!

Loved Greg. Very kind and helpful. The house is awesome. The layout is perfect. Easy parking. The beautiful view out the back is seen even from the front entrance. Bedroom is upstairs and the other downstairs -lots of privacy. Full bathrooms on both bedroom floors. Nice! Up to date. Loved the coffee maker, we used both options, brewing ground coffee for pots and k-cups for singles. We would book again if we return to town.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, and the rooms were very comfortable - even the bunk beds were great for an adult and we got excellent sleep. The living space is very cozy, and the back patio was great for watching the neighborhood rabbits and getting some spring sun. If we came back to the area, this would be my top choice to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, comfy riverfront home! The peaceful setting and stunning river views made it the perfect place to unwind. The private beach was ideal for fishing, relaxing, and sipping coffee while watching the water. My 7-year-old granddaughter spent hours happily collecting seashells, and we loved ending our days with s’mores by the fire pit. The highlight, though, was the night sky—so clear and full of stars. Stargazing by the river was absolutely magical. It truly felt like luxury glamping with all the comforts of home. We’re already looking forward to coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, peaceful getaway with unforgettable views.

A birthday was celebrated during our stay and Norm was so helpful in placing decorations and making really good dining recommendations for the celebratory meal. Most appreciated!!!
