Holiday rentals with a fireplace in East Renton Highlands

Tri’s home was absolutely amazing. We were able to fit in 13 guests for our friend’s wedding, and all of the guests had an amazing time. The place was squeaky clean when we arrived and everything was listed accurately. Overall, it was an amazing stay and highly recommend it for a big group of friends!

The apartment was really lovely and perfect for our needs. We were 9 of us which included extended family. It is about 20 mins to the airport and being in the suburbs much closer to rainier , franklin falls, crystal mountain and all the scenic trails you will want to do. Even then about 22 min drive/ uber to downtown /pike place . So really convenient location . The house itself is beautiful , a lovely weeping willow with chairs in the front lawn, well equipped and clean clutter fee spacious interior. Host is quick to respond . There was absolutely nothing we missed in our stay of 3 days . Many thanks to Thao for a fabulous stay.

Wish we got to just hang out at the place more but our stay was packed with other activities. Loved coming home after busy days to rest and sleep. Thank you for the speedy responses and your accommodations 🙏🏼

Would 100% recommend and we hope to be back soon! Honestly, it’s hard to believe that a place that offers such a relaxing and secluded environment could be so close to restaurants, shopping, I-90, etc. It’s truly the best of both worlds. From the moment we entered the house, we knew it was the getaway we needed. From the waterfalls, to the forrest surrounding the property, to the thoughtful touches - with the soft lighting and decor - it is truly the perfect stay. The fire pit was also great and even though the road is close, the nearby waterfall was a burrier between us and anything threatening to breach that perfect atmosphere. We did venture to Seattle for a Sounder’s game, but we honestly enjoyed the local offerings in Issaquah. Levitate is a great spot for food and unique cocktails. Gilman Village has a Cafe with the BEST cream puff pastries and is just a great spot to walk around and pop into some of the local shops. 10 out of 10 all around!

Good spot, simply but adequately furnished and with comfortable beds. Situated in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of services and some decent restaurants. Easy access to downtown, even if it’s a little bit of a drive. Would definitely stay again.

I love Seattle and one day will make this beautiful place home. But until then visiting and staying in a beautiful home like this makes me feel at home and relaxed. Truly appreciate the flexibility and cleanliness of this amazing home. I highly recommend this property and host to everyone.

Kathy and Gordon were very hospitable hosts going above and beyond to make our stay a great one and any questions we had were quickly answered. The apartment was cute; being just the right size for two people. The home is near town but feels like it could be out in the country, due to the open green space next to the house, a river running behind the house, bunnies hopping around, and beautiful mountainous trees off in the distance that can be seen from the apartment. There is also a pathway that runs parallel to the river that provided great scenery while taking short walks with our dogs. This is also a great location to get to nearby hiking trails and attractions, such as Snoqualmie Falls. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Another wonderful stay! This is my second time to enjoy these accommodations, and I’ll always stay here when I’m in the area. The bed is SO comfy, hot shower, coffee and sweet cream, chocolates, water bottles… just a great stay. Such a cute little apartment! 💗

Our stay Angela‘s Aphrodite Airbnb was fabulous! Angela is a gem! You can tell from her home that she cares about her guests’ comfort. Every request we had was met with friendliness and responsiveness. I highly recommend her place. :)

If you want a quiet, walkable neighbor away from the noise and bustle of downtown, this is the flat for you! Julie is a super helpful host, and responded promptly to help resolve one issue (which wasn’t her fault!) even though she was away on vacation herself. The flat is spacious, comfortable, and had everything anyone could need. Thank you, Julie!!

My in-laws stayed at Michelle’s place for three weeks and had a good experience. The place is as described and Michelle is communicative. Definitely recommend for short visit or long visit in the area.

As others have noted, the location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to restaurants, beach, and free shuttle. Easy to take water taxi to Seattle or Bainbridge island. Bed was very comfortable and clean. A/C and fan kept the space comfortable. Fridge and freezer space available for any leftovers we brought home 🙂 Plenty of hot water available. Great deal for the price. Easy checkout. Thank you!!!

Beautiful location! Splendid views! Gorgeous home with all the amenities! Roomy and comfortable and totally dreamy. Our host was super responsive, friendly, and kind. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. The swim spa was relaxing, clean, and well cared for. We made treasured memories here. Would 1000% stay here again!

This property was perfect for our group stay. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The home comfortably accommodated everyone, and the outdoor area—with its spacious patio and beautiful view—was a highlight. The kids especially enjoyed the basketball court and various games available. Overall, a great experience—we would gladly return.

Amazing Get together in a equally amazing Air BnB. this Lake corner Air BnB, had everything you need for 4 Families. Kayaks, multiple Sitout places near Lake, amazing Game Room. Lakeview Bedrooms, Clean bathroom with all toiletries. needed Umbrellas and were arranged on short notice. Special mention to sofas which were super comfortable and high quality. Lakeview Kitchen with required Utensils and helped us to cook Amazing Indian dishes. Thanks Anu for amazing time in Seattle/Tacoma.

Ken's place is phenomenal! Joe, his contact, was Great and kept us informed before the trip. The home is more beautiful than the photos! It is new, clean, and was perfect for our family. Everything worked from all the lights/appliances/fireplace/toilets, etc. The location was great to get to local restaurants and shops walking. Trader joe's was just 0.7 miles away. 35 minute uber to SEA airport. Great to have AC/heat/fireplace. The outside patios offered great views of the Puget sound and mount Rainier. One of the best houses I have ever stayed in. A must to book if your going to Seattle!

This is our 2nd time staying at Dewen's place and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. If we had known we'd need an Airbnb for as long as we do, we would have planned to stay here the entire time. It is easily walkable to Starbucks, Fred Myers and several restaurants (5 minutes). A slightly longer walk will take you to Gilman Village where there are restaurants, shops and Issaquah Coffee Company. The location is private, peaceful (there is noise from the freeway and larger roads nearby, but it was not at all a problem for us) and beautiful. We often saw deer in the yard and saw tons of different kinds of birds. I enjoyed just sitting on the deck relaxing in the beautiful surroundings and our dogs loved running around sniffing at the mole hills. The living/dining areas are very spacious, as is the master bedroom. There is an additional bedroom and a loft if you have a larger party. I would gladly stay here any time we need an Airbnb in the area.

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.

Exceeded all expectations. Home was extremely sizable, very well maintained, and in a great area in close proximity to quite a few conveniences.
