It also has direct access onto the South Downs & its many walks.

Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.
