There is access for walks Along the footpaths directly from the site . The safari tent is a large open plan. Space with a super king sleigh bed, dining space , living area with sofas book shelf, dining table and chairs , scaffold board floor, large rugs, kitchen space and deck overlooks the feilds

Tibbs Farm: The Gala Getaway

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Please note: we are a working farm with livestock.

Tucked away in an unspoilt, well maintained natural setting in the South Downs National Park, you will ascend to your bell tent from the car park, and enjoy beautiful views towards Pevensey Bay and the hills. Outside The Snug there is room to dine, enjoy a campfire, BBQ, and enjoy morning and early evening sun.

We’ve added a lovely bell tent for those after a simple, stripped-back camping experience—no gear needed. Just turn up and enjoy an evening under the stars with a fire pit, festoon lights, and nature all around. There’s a proper framed bed with a memory foam mattress, so no roughing it here. While there’s no shower, you’ll have your own toilet. A peaceful, hassle-free night under canvas—with just the right touch of comfort.
