This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside of Koudekerke on the outskirts of 't Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It is enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. It is also wonderful to stay in our cottage in autumn and winter. After enjoying the beach, you can come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The Finnish cottage is a copy of the main house. The fully glazed front, equipped with triple glazing, offers a wide view of the polder. The practice greens of the small par-3 golf course are literally and figuratively at the door. In the early morning, there is a good chance that a hare, pheasant or partridge will pass by.

The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Veere, adjacent to the Veerse Meer and 5 km from the beach and Middelburg. A variety of good restaurants and attractions can be found within walking distance. Due to its central location, it is a nice starting point for bike rides and walks through the beautiful Zeeland landscape and vast beaches.
