This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

If you want to escape everyday life and love nature, you've come to the right place. The holiday home is located above Urnäsch in the agricultural zone at 1000 meters above sea level. It is the ideal starting point for various hiking routes. There are 4 parking spaces available. Additional ones can also be provided by arrangement. Also ideal for birthdays, family celebrations, and friends' gatherings. If necessary, a traditional youth formation of the string music can be organized.

Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.
