Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Inside the cabin is a camping dry toilet and hand-pump water for hand washing. Guests have a showerhouse and heated wash sink in the building right next door. No cleaning fee when kept clean. A peaceful, comfortable rural escape! This is a 4-acre farm with picnic pavilion, ponds, firepit and green grass areas.

Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

Enjoy some tranquil time at our Duke Forest Hideaway. The guest house is located inside our safe gated property adjacent our 35 acre horse farm. Just outside the front door you will have access to a mile of wooded walking trails around the farm. Just 2 miles from Duke, 5 miles from downtown Durham UNC you are still in the center of everything! The unit has a private entrance and parking, patio, stocked full kitchen, and washer dryer.
