The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

A perfect stay, beauty cabin, beautiful area! thoroughly enjoyed keeping the fires burning for the food and the hot tub! Will definitely stay again.

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

We were greeted super friendly, the hut was super clean and large enough for a group of 5 people and well equipped. We had not recognized in the pictures before that the bathroom incl. Shower and toilet are rather open and connected to the rest of the hut, but there were sufficient and very well maintained sanitary facilities in the main house. The staff is super friendly and helps with all concerns. We liked the stay very much, especially the location is great.

Staying at chalet was great experience for us, great location if you are looking for skiing in Zillertal arena, all resorts are pretty close. Access to pool is a big plus.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and especially with Heike and Sven, who shine through excellent communication. Unfortunately, we were only on site for a weekend, were welcomed at the foot of the mountain and were able to let our luggage go up while we took the small ascent. On site you really have a wonderful view that we couldn't get enough of. There is electricity and running water, albeit sparse, but perfect for the area as it definitely slows down. Beds were cozy and in the kitchen you had everything you needed. A clear recommendation and we will be happy to come back. Thanks Heike and Sven :)

It was really great place to have a rest from work. We were here for 4 days and it wasn’t enough. We would love to visit this place one more time.

The quaint simple cabin is fantastically located and the drinking water fountain right outside the door. We were there at the beginning of March for 3 nights for 5t. Ski in ski out.... just great and the toboggan run is also really fun. We were also able to transport our luggage well on the sleds! The heating/cooking with wood was great and also the shower worked well!

Beautiful quiet idyllic cabin on the fish pond. The grounds are completely fenced so that our dog could run free. Amenities as described, the essentials are available. The contact was always friendly and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back

I was there with my daughter (14) and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was there and the very large house felt like newly built... everything smelled so wonderfully of wood. The amenities were great and communication with the hostess was perfect. Unfortunately, the time there was over far too quickly and we have very good memories of the house.

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

Cute little garden hut, as described. Quiet and nice view into the garden. Cosy warm also in Winter. Ingrid was very helpful.

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

We spent two wonderful weeks in May in this small, cozy cottage. We lacked nothing, the kitchen is oriented with everything you need and also a small DVD collection provides some variety in the evening. We especially liked to make a campfire, wood for this is provided free of charge by Bec + Chris. The location in the middle of nature is top. You get relatively little from the street that is directly adjacent. We slept great, the beds are soft and the linens are very high quality. Otherwise, everything was as described, the app of the two is also recommended to explore the area. Keep it up, we will be happy to come back '-).

The Alm is located in a picturesque mountain panorama surrounded by peaks and cow pastures. We enjoyed the week at the Grafensalm very much and would come again at any time!!
