Het is gesitueerd in een bijgebouw (bouwjaar 2015) waar op de begane grond een garage en een kledingatelier zijn gehuisvest. U heeft de beschikking over een eigen ingang met in de hal een eigen toilet en trapopgang naar de kamer en uw eigen badkamer. For peace seekers, this detached holiday chalet is definitely a must. This chalet is located on residential park "de Lingebrug" in Zoelen (municipality of Neighbors) and has a private garden. The chalet is secluded and difficult to reach by public transport. However, it is centrally located in the Betuwe; 5 km from Tiel. There is a recreational lake and golf course nearby. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is a 10-minute drive away. Nijmegen, Arnhem, Den Bosch and Utrecht in half an hour.

Aan de andere kant van de dijk zijn uitgestrekte uiterwaarden, daarachter ligt de rivier de Nederrijn. B&B Bij Bokkie ligt direct aan de lange-afstand-wandelpaden zoals het Maarten van Rossumpad en het Limespad, maar ook langs verschillende fietsroutes. Gesitueerd in het midden van het land vlakbij sfeervolle stadjes als Wijk bij Duurstede en Buren. Geniet hier van bloesem en heerlijk fruit.

Maasbommel is gelegen in het prachtige landelijke Land van Maas en Waal in recreatiegebied De Gouden Ham, aan de Maas. Hier kun je fietsen, wandelen, zwemmen, bootje huren, uit eten, bowlen, watersporten etc. De voormalige koeienstal is nu een sfeervolle ruimte met royale slaapkamer, inloopdouche, zithoek, tv, volledig uitgeruste keuken. Ons appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de grote tuin. Naast de eigen opgang staat een tuintafel met stoelen om heerlijk in de zon te genieten.

Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
