Impressive views from all the terraces and gardens full of flowers that surround it, with a hot tube, Balinese bed, hammocks, tables with their chairs and stone benches. It is in a landscape reserve full of birds, at the top of a hill, next to Caminito del Rey and El Torcal and in the centre of Andalusia to visit other cities. Casa de Roya is located two kilometers from Estepa (Seville), in what is called the Center of Andalusia, about an hour's drive by highway from Cordoba, Seville, Malaga, and Granada. The house has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus a kitchen-dining room, with an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, household items, towels, sheets, air conditioning in common areas, and a 32" TV. The house is 1 km from the Roya Spring, where there is a source of filtered water from the Sierra.
