Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d 'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, kitchen open to living room. The grounds are not fenced.

In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, in a quiet and preserved environment, you benefit from an immediate departure by hiking or snowshoe. The Alpine ski resort Margériaz is 15 km away , as well as the gateway to Saint François de Sales for Nordic skiing in Savoie Grand Revard.

We provide accommodation located on the ground floor of our house in the hamlet "Gratteloup" in the municipality of Ecole. The place is quiet, in the middle of the Massif des Bauges (Savoy), a Unesco world heritage site. You will find 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with 2 bunk beds as well as a sofa bed. You can also enjoy our garden with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
