A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

A haven of peace nestled between the lake and the mountains, our 170 m² family villa is situated in Doussard, at the southern end of Lake Annecy, in a peaceful and idyllic setting. Designed to accommodate 8 guests, it offers all the comforts you need to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, whether swimming, hiking or simply relaxing with views of the mountains. It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. In the heart of a mountain pasture, in the regional natural park of the Bauges mountain range, discover our completely renovated chalet. Tranquility assured, change of scenery guaranteed. No Wi-Fi, little network for a total connection with nature. Comfortable chalet with electricity thanks to solar panels. Many hiking trails are possible in the surrounding area. Access only on foot for about 45 minutes or by 4x4 with a short gearbox. ❗It climbs.

Old barn newly renovated into a residential house. Located in the heart of Les Bauges, in the regional nature park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.

It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we enjoyed imagining, building and landscaping in order to experience memorable moments in Aix les Bains.
