Former winegrower's house

in a small renovated house, come and relax in a hamlet on the heights of the village (15 min walk from the shops, a little elevation change to be expected) and at the foot of many hiking trails, you can rest on the private terrace overlooking the mountains or by the fireplace. In summer, you can enjoy water activities at Lac de Carouge, a 5-minute drive away (paddle boarding, beach). If you need meals, please don't hesitate to reach out. Towels are not provided.

This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

QUIET INDEPENDENT STUDIO ON GROUND FLOOR

Small independent quiet studio on the garden level (near Albertville). Folding bed +sofa. Attention, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a second bed!!! Parking, bike and ski room . Possibility of loan of sheets/towels for €10/rental. Housekeeping of your choice: you do it (products, equipment available) or €10 if done by the host. Enclosed land, garden access, garden furniture. No pets allowed. Shops and various activities nearby.

You will be 45 minutes from the first ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5min away.

The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, kitchen open to living room. The grounds are not fenced.

Quiet and with fresh air, you are 7 minutes from the Féclaz ski resort, 20 minutes from Chambéry and the Hautes-Bauges, 40 minutes from the Margériaz ski resort On site, Camille practices wellness massages, teaches yoga classes. Florent, mountain guide, offers hikes for all levels, accompanied by Heidi and Doudou our donkeys.
