We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Our room of about 35m² are completely renovated in Charentais style with exposed stones and beams. All modern comforts: Furnished with double or single beds, a sitting area with TV, a small fridge, electric kettle, "Senseo" coffee machine, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, a small garden furniture on the balcony with direct access to the bedroom. Let's not forget the bathroom also very spacious and equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower.
