Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Vacation home in the chestnut forest

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355m altitude, below the Sankt Annakapelle. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. You can also book our "Waldhaus mit Traumblick" on the Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Historic customs house 2nd apartment Anno 1729

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

Luise's Little Witch's House

“Luises kleines Hexenhäuschen” is idyllically nestled on the edge of the forest, at the gateway to the popular excursion region of the Dahner Felsenland in the Southwest Palatinate. Thus, a variety of excursion and hiking opportunities are right outside the front door. As an alternative when occupied, you can find Luises Naturoase is available.
