Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Edogawa City

I might be a bit biased because I know this host from their other locations already which I always use. This time I wanted to try this location and as always, the host did not fail me. The rooms are always super clean, communication is fast and easy although you don't really need to communicte since instructions are super clear (I always ask around nearby activities and good restaurants). Furniture is nice, equipment overall is always brand new, kitchen is superb. I can only say this host must have studied realy well what to do to make it comfortable for guests. You can see the extra mile they go. That's also the reason I will always prefer using this host rather than someone new and luckily they have locations all around Tokyo. Heavily recommended! Thanks as always.

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

想像以上に良かったです！子供が楽しめるのはもちろん、普段の生活では見られない子供の姿を見ることができ大人も楽しめました。近くにスーパーもありますし、地方からなら途中のサービスエリアで食べたいものを買って、キッチンで調理することもできるので、食事1つとっても一般的な旅行とは違う楽しみ方ができます。ホーリープラネットの中に入って見えるものはまさに宇宙に来たかのようで、経験したことの無い非日常感を味わうことができました。

素晴らしい体験でした。建築として完成形だと感じました。貴重な機会をありがとうございます。いずれまた訪れる機会を楽しみにしております。

A wonderful host that not only picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the accommodation but also took us to the local restaurant that was recommended. The house was clean with everything you need including USB chargers, bottled water, and all the items that makes for a wonderful stay. Our host also picked us up and took us back to the train station at the end of our stay! Highly recommended to everyone

Yaya house is Grade A for an Airbnb experience… super clean super convenient awesome host and you get the experience of living amongst the locals… extremely happy… thank you Yaya house ☺️ The house has everything you will need red and the train station, parking and 7/11 are super close. 5 Star Airbnb.

일단 숙소가 너무 예뻤고.. 다다미 있는 숙소를 눈에 불을 켜고 찾아다녔는데 이 집이 일본 감성 대박이었어요. 시내에서 좀 떨어지긴 했지만 그래서 그런지 외국인들이 거의 없어서 오히려 새롭고 좋았어요~! 집주인분도 엄청 친절하십니다!

Miu fue muy amable contestando cualquier duda que tuve. Antes de llegar me perdí por cuestiones de Google Maps pero me ayudó mucho a saber a dónde podía ir; siempre fue muy atenta preguntándome si todo estaba bien, si pude llegar o incluso los días de lluvia mandándome mensaje de que todo estuviera bien. El Airbnb en sí, es muy bonito, tiene todo lo que necesitas, espacio ni tan chico ni tan grande, aire acondicionado y agua caliente, todo muy bien! Además de que la estación de metro está a más o menos diez minutos caminando; el vecindario se siente muy seguro, caminé hasta muy tarde de noche y jamás sentí miedo o algo parecido!;) Definitivamente me quedaría en este Airbnb nuevamente en algún futuro!^^

This apartment is tidy and well situated to access Disneyland. The hosts provide excellent detailed instructions for appliances and local transport. They were very helpful - I would definitely recommend them

Yuki was very communicative, willing to help, and gave great suggestions and instructions. The place was clean and in a good area. My family and I would stay here again if we were in the area!

Tomoyuki's place is very great, very clean, and has all the amenities that you can imagine. There is water bottles, snacks for the kids, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, even special soya sauces. The owner definitely wants us to be feel very much at home. It is really a home away from from with traditional Japanese touches. There are a few convenience stores to supermarkets, from 3 minutes to 10 minutes from the apartment. The train station is very near, but the drawback is you can hear the train from the apartment, but it does stop operating around midnight. For us the train was not a problem because it is not that loud for us. The place was at the ground floor and was a great for us to access Tokyo from Tomoyuki's place. It took us about 40 minutes to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku areas by train. One of the game changer in this apartment is the way the bathroom is equipped with hot blower for drying clothes with a touch of a button! You can dry your cloths in 3 hours! Thank you Tomoyuki-san!

Masaki was an incredibly responsive and helpful host throughout our entire stay. Their directions were clear and extremely easy to follow, which made check-in a breeze. The home itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for with pride. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and are already excited to come back again in the future. Thank you, Masaki!

Great value, the place is on a quiet street on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Shibuya which I found easy to factor into my day-planning after a couple of days. This is a great spot if you're staying for a week or so, it may be a little far out of the city for a shorter stay. Mariko was lovely and very helpful, I'd love to stay again whenever I'm back in town.

The accommodation had everything we needed and was clean. It's a 10 minute walk from the nearest station in a quiet area. You have lots of restaurants, combinis and other shops around. By train you can reach most popular places fast and easy. Ther was nothing to complain about.

Sehr liebe Gastgeberin Immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit Die Umgebung hat uns auch gefallen es ist schön ruhig aber man muss damit einplanen das man fast ne Stunde in die Innenstadt braucht und abends die Bahnen nicht so lang fahren. Aber so fanden wir die Wohnung sehr schön und ist eine tolle Erfahrung und sehr schön japanisch eingerichtet!

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

We had a lovely stay at Shunki’s place! Everything was clean and spacious with easy check in and out instructions. The location was convenient to the train station and we had multiple convenient stores and shops for our every day needs. We were welcomed with a box of treats when we arrived and it was super sweet! Highly recommend :)

房東的訊息都給的很清楚，入住前會覺得很安心。地點離車站很近，車站要去羽田、成田機場都可以直達非常方便！房間也很舒服，配備一應俱全，整體房間也跟照片非常相符，小小缺點只有晾衣空間比較缺乏。

Fantastic price, great location, lots of lovely food options nearby, the only thing that was surprising was that if you are traveling with a partner, and you have big suitcases, it can be difficult to impossible to have both suitcases open at the same time. This requires some coordination, but it should not detract from the place, which is very solid. Just be aware that floor space is limited.

Great location. Super clean and comfortable. Responsive host and easy check in/out. Sho even left two beers in the fridge for my travel mate and I! Being that it is Japan, the place is a bit small. Perfect for solo travelers or a group of two. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us but just consider before bringing more people or large amounts of luggage. This place is great! Thank you, Sho!

Highly recommended to stay in this location for your trip to Japan. Located about 10 minutes from the train station. The house itself is extremely clean and has everything you need - the dryer in the bathroom was a lifesaver! There are also a lot of nearby convenience stores, drugstores, groceries, and even a Don Quijote. The area is residential so the place is intimate and quiet. Also, the hosts are extremely easy to reach out to. They are accommodating and friendly as well.
