Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Edogawa City

I might be a bit biased because I know this host from their other locations already which I always use. This time I wanted to try this location and as always, the host did not fail me. The rooms are always super clean, communication is fast and easy although you don't really need to communicte since instructions are super clear (I always ask around nearby activities and good restaurants). Furniture is nice, equipment overall is always brand new, kitchen is superb. I can only say this host must have studied realy well what to do to make it comfortable for guests. You can see the extra mile they go. That's also the reason I will always prefer using this host rather than someone new and luckily they have locations all around Tokyo. Heavily recommended! Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

It was better than I imagined!Not only did the children enjoy themselves, but the adults also enjoyed seeing the children in a way they don't usually see in their daily lives.There is also a supermarket nearby, and if you are coming from a rural area, you can buy what you want to eat at the service area on the way and cook it in the kitchen, so you can enjoy one meal in a way that is very different from a typical trip.What you can see inside the Holy Planet is just like being in the universe, and I was able to experience an extraordinary feeling that I had never experienced before.

Yaya house is Grade A for an Airbnb experience… super clean super convenient awesome host and you get the experience of living amongst the locals… extremely happy… thank you Yaya house ☺️ The house has everything you will need red and the train station, parking and 7/11 are super close. 5 Star Airbnb.

Had a wonderful 4 nights at Mr.Koji’s place it was exactly as described . Our small family of 5 ( 3 kids) had a restful time. The host had setup some snacks and coffee for us and the amenities were spot on. The attention to detail and little things like coffee filters /adequate cutlery for kids / umbrellas etc is something which is usually missing from other more commercial AirBnbs. Overall an excellent location, surrounded by good places to eat and at the same time a quiet and safe neighborhood is what made this accommodation a big win for us. We hope to back here sometime next year. Felt like a home away from home. Thanks Mr. Koji.

Miu was very kind to answer any questions I had. Before I arrived I got lost because of google maps but it helped me a lot to know where I could go; she was always very attentive wondering if everything was okay, if I could get there or even the rainy days sending me a message that everything was fine. The Airbnb itself, it is very nice, it has everything you need, space neither so small nor so large, air conditioning and hot water, all very good! In addition to the metro station being about a ten minute walk away; the neighborhood feels very safe, I walked until very late at night and never felt scared or anything like that!;) I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again in some future!^^

This apartment is tidy and well situated to access Disneyland. The hosts provide excellent detailed instructions for appliances and local transport. They were very helpful - I would definitely recommend them

Tomoyuki's place is very great, very clean, and has all the amenities that you can imagine. There is water bottles, snacks for the kids, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, even special soya sauces. The owner definitely wants us to be feel very much at home. It is really a home away from from with traditional Japanese touches. There are a few convenience stores to supermarkets, from 3 minutes to 10 minutes from the apartment. The train station is very near, but the drawback is you can hear the train from the apartment, but it does stop operating around midnight. For us the train was not a problem because it is not that loud for us. The place was at the ground floor and was a great for us to access Tokyo from Tomoyuki's place. It took us about 40 minutes to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku areas by train. One of the game changer in this apartment is the way the bathroom is equipped with hot blower for drying clothes with a touch of a button! You can dry your cloths in 3 hours! Thank you Tomoyuki-san!

Masaki was an incredibly responsive and helpful host throughout our entire stay. Their directions were clear and extremely easy to follow, which made check-in a breeze. The home itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for with pride. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat. Great value, the place is on a quiet street on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Shibuya which I found easy to factor into my day-planning after a couple of days. This is a great spot if you're staying for a week or so, it may be a little far out of the city for a shorter stay. Mariko was lovely and very helpful, I'd love to stay again whenever I'm back in town.

The accommodation had everything we needed and was clean. It's a 10 minute walk from the nearest station in a quiet area. You have lots of restaurants, combinis and other shops around. By train you can reach most popular places fast and easy. Ther was nothing to complain about.

Very lovely hostess Always quick to reach and very helpful We also liked the surroundings, it is nice and quiet but you have to plan that you need almost an hour to get to the city center and the trains do not run that long in the evening. But we found the apartment very nice and it is a great experience and very nicely furnished in Japanese style!

The apartment was situated in a lovely, local area, so if you're looking to experience how locals live, I would recommend. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and allowed us to check in earlier than planned.

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

We had a lovely stay at Shunki’s place! Everything was clean and spacious with easy check in and out instructions. The location was convenient to the train station and we had multiple convenient stores and shops for our every day needs. We were welcomed with a box of treats when we arrived and it was super sweet! Highly recommend :)

Impressive and peaceful.

Fantastic price, great location, lots of lovely food options nearby, the only thing that was surprising was that if you are traveling with a partner, and you have big suitcases, it can be difficult to impossible to have both suitcases open at the same time. This requires some coordination, but it should not detract from the place, which is very solid. Just be aware that floor space is limited.

Great location. Super clean and comfortable. Responsive host and easy check in/out. Sho even left two beers in the fridge for my travel mate and I! Being that it is Japan, the place is a bit small. Perfect for solo travelers or a group of two. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us but just consider before bringing more people or large amounts of luggage. This place is great! Thank you, Sho!

Highly recommended to stay in this location for your trip to Japan. Located about 10 minutes from the train station. The house itself is extremely clean and has everything you need - the dryer in the bathroom was a lifesaver! There are also a lot of nearby convenience stores, drugstores, groceries, and even a Don Quijote. The area is residential so the place is intimate and quiet. Also, the hosts are extremely easy to reach out to. They are accommodating and friendly as well.
