We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The Atelier in Eemnes is a nice detached cottage on our property. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a large double bed and a spacious walk-in shower. The cottage is located on the Eempolder, a nature reserve where many birds can be found. The Gooische heath and forests are within cycling distance. The cozy villages of Eemnes, Laren and Blaricum are also easily accessible by bicycle. Longer stays are also possible, just send a message for availability

From this ideally located accommodation, you can do all kinds of activities, such as boating, paddle boarding, cycling, swimming, hiking, canoeing, etc. The boathouse is very centrally located, and the cozy boulevard with its terraces and the city center of Harderwijk are within walking distance. Ons huis ligt schuin tegenover het Dikke Torentje het kerkje dat geliefd was bij Koning Emma en ooit het centrum vormde van Eemnes Binnen (Binnen de dijk), het oudste stukje van het dorp. In het guesthouse, gelegen in de tuin van onze boerderij uit 1815, bieden wij u een fraai appartement dat rust en privacy biedt en grenst aan een van de mooiste polders van Europa: de Eempolder.

The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.
