The home contains a well-functioning bathroom, kitchen with a small dishwasher, and a room with a dining table and bed in the same room. The home is located in a quiet environment away from noise and close to shopping opportunities in Jyllingecentret. PLEASE NOTE that the home can only be sublet to someone who is a student/student, as it concerns a student residence where study documentation is required.

One room is with a double bed and access to a small balcony. The other is a small room with a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed where up to two people can be saved. The house is close to old beautiful forests and 700 meters from a lovely and very clean swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car from Copenhagen.

Family-friendly, newly built (anno 2023) single-story house right next to the scenic Flying station Værløse. The house has a large kitchen common room with dining area and sofa area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flight station is a conservation area and the old runway is open to exercise cyclists, walkers, runners. No cars are allowed to drive there. The house contains 3 (4) separate apartments with private toilet and kitchenette, which can accommodate 4-5 people in each apartment. It is possible to book an apartment more, if there is a need for 16 beds. The grounds are huge, so there is the opportunity to unwind in nature.
