Unser charmantes Apartment im „Shabby Chic Stil“ bietet auf ca. 70 qm drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Balkon für bis zu 6 Personen . Hier könnt ihr gemeinsam kochen, entspannen und gesellige Abende verbringen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des malerischen Berges „Niedere“ (um die Ecke vom Gleitschirmlandeplatz). Wir leben im Erdgeschoss mit 8-jährigen Sohn, unserer Hündin und einer Katze.

Das gesamte Gebäude ist mit Stroh gedämmt – wie mit einem dicken Strohpullover – und schafft ein besonders angenehmes, ruhiges Wohnklima zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die südostseitig ausgerichtete Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und verfügt über eine offene Loggia mit Blick in die Landschaft. Natur, Berge sowie Wander- und Wintersportmöglichkeiten sind nah. Ein Ort zum Ankommen, Durchatmen und bewussten Sein, mitten im Rhythmus des Bregenzerwaldes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Let the view take effect, arrive and unwind. A feel-good place. In summer, a leisurely circular hike directly from our house or a tour to one of the many beautiful peaks. Or you can enjoy the idyllic natural scenery in winter on skis, cross-country skiing or a winter hike.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen

The vacation apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenz Forest in the sunny municipality of Lingenau. With its 35 sqm of living space, it can accommodate two people. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with a kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.

We would be happy to welcome you to Doren – our home, which is wonderfully scenic and offers plenty of space and opportunity to relax and also to do sports.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

In the silence of nature at 1,000 meters above sea level lies the apartment "Füchsle" with 42 square meters in the basement of our house, which was built in 1981 in block construction. Enjoy the breathtaking view of a unique mountain scenery from the spacious terrace. Skiers can ski directly from the front door to the ski slope in the snowy months. In the summer months, you can hike directly from the apartment.
